This Refund Policy applies to LightTheMap Pro subscriptions. We want you to be happy with Pro — if it isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.
LightTheMap Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again.
If you are not satisfied with Pro, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for that subscription and we will issue a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time Pro purchases.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel before a renewal to avoid being billed. If a renewal was charged due to a clear error on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
Email billing@lightthemap.com from the address on your account, or use the Manage subscription link in your billing settings. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
